THE DETAILS THAT MATTER
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These Terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using Yeahp for free, random 1v1 video chat, including eligibility, community rules, privacy and service limitations.
1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your access to yeahp.live and the browser chat services available through it (together, the “Service”). “Yeahp,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the provider of the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Read these Terms alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled. The rules apply whether you are browsing the website or taking part in a conversation. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws. Questions about access, technical problems or these Terms can be sent to [email protected].
2. Eligibility and adult access
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and be legally permitted to use the Service where you are located. Anyone under 18 is prohibited from using Yeahp or appearing in a chat. Do not allow a minor to use your device to access the Service.
Do not misrepresent your age or identity, or access the Service in violation of applicable restrictions or sanctions. An age confirmation does not mean we have verified every participant’s identity. We may restrict access if we reasonably believe someone is ineligible. You must not help another person evade an age restriction or an access restriction.
3. The website and chat service
Yeahp offers random 1v1 video conversations through supported phone and computer browsers. You need a device you own or may lawfully use, a working camera and microphone, browser permission to use them, and an internet connection.
Matching depends on available participants. We do not guarantee a particular person, gender, location, language, waiting time or reconnection. Website portraits illustrate the experience and do not identify people available to call. Skip ends the current introduction and requests another match; you may also end your session.
We may change features, compatibility or availability for operational, safety or legal reasons. Yeahp does not provide emergency calling. Contact local emergency services through a suitable telephone or other established channel if you need urgent help.
4. Intellectual property and permitted use
The website design, branding, software and other Service materials belong to Yeahp or their respective rights holders. Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial conversations. Access does not transfer ownership of the Service or grant rights to our branding.
Except where applicable law expressly permits it, do not copy, sell, redistribute, modify or reverse engineer the Service; remove ownership notices; bypass access controls; scrape the website; or use automated tools to disrupt it. Do not introduce malicious code, probe systems without permission or falsely imply an affiliation with Yeahp. Rights not expressly granted remain with their owners.
5. Community rules and your content
“User Content” means anything you show, say or transmit through the Service. You remain responsible for your content and must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. Do not harass, threaten, discriminate, impersonate, deceive, exploit children, run scams, solicit unlawful activity, or share hateful, violent, indecent or otherwise unlawful material. Spam, bots and attempts to disrupt conversations are prohibited.
Respect another person’s refusal and decision to leave. Do not share someone’s private information, expose a bystander without permission, or record or distribute a conversation without the required consent. Keep passwords, banking details and identifying documents private.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us only the non-exclusive permission needed to transmit and display it to the intended participant and operate the Service, subject to the Privacy Policy. This does not authorise unrelated advertising use or create a right to record calls. The permission lasts only as needed for those purposes and any lawful retention explained in the policy.
We do not endorse other users’ content or guarantee its accuracy. Another participant may copy what you share, and leaving a call cannot retrieve their copies.
6. Privacy, safety and feedback
We do not record video calls. This commitment is separate from processing technical requests, browser storage, analytics, reports and information you voluntarily provide when contacting us, as described in the Privacy Policy. You control camera and microphone permissions through your browser. Check what your devices reveal before joining.
Safety tools and monitoring may help identify misuse, but cannot guarantee every participant’s conduct or prevent every harmful interaction. Use Report or Block when appropriate and end an uncomfortable call. An immediate threat should be reported to the relevant emergency service.
If you send suggestions, you permit us to consider and use them to improve the Service without payment or attribution. This permission is non-exclusive, does not transfer ownership of your other work, and does not authorise use of your private correspondence for unrelated promotion.
7. Free access and possible charges
The browser video chat access described on this website is free. Your internet or mobile provider may charge for connectivity and data; those charges remain your responsibility. You do not need to pay another participant, exchange financial details or transfer money to continue a free conversation.
If we introduce optional paid features in the future, the price, applicable taxes, payment conditions, duration, any renewal terms and cancellation or refund information will be shown before you purchase. No paid purchase is required merely by accepting these Terms. Any additional purchase terms must be presented separately and remain subject to mandatory consumer rights. Nothing here establishes a current subscription, reward balance or payment obligation.
8. Third-party services and links
Parts of the Service depend on hosting, connectivity, analytics and other technology supplied by third parties. Their processing of information is explained in our Privacy Policy and their own applicable notices. A third-party relationship does not remove responsibilities that the law places on Yeahp.
Links shared on the website or by another participant may lead to independently operated services. We do not control their content, security, availability or terms, and a link does not mean we endorse it. Review the relevant terms before using another service. Agreements you make with another participant or an external provider are your own; do not assume Yeahp has verified that person or guarantees their promises.
9. Ending use and restricting access
You may stop using Yeahp at any time by ending your session and closing the chat. Revoking device permission or clearing browser data involves separate browser settings. Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected].
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these Terms, protect users or systems, meet a legal requirement, or discontinue the Service. Do not bypass a restriction. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may explain the action; contact us if you believe it was mistaken. Ending access does not cancel accrued legal rights, applicable refunds or provisions that reasonably continue after use ends.
10. Responsibility and limits on liability
You decide whether to join a conversation and what to share. We cannot control another participant’s actions or promise that a conversation will be safe, accurate or suitable. Device, browser and network issues may interrupt access or affect call quality.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service, including loss of profits or business opportunities. This does not exclude losses for which we are legally responsible and cannot limit our liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability the law does not allow us to exclude. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain available.
11. Responsibility for third-party claims
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses and costs arising from a third-party claim to the extent caused by your unlawful conduct, your infringement of another person’s rights, or your culpable breach of these Terms. This responsibility is limited to the harm attributable to your own actions; it does not cover our negligence or misconduct.
If we seek reimbursement, we will provide reasonable notice and relevant information about the claim and allow appropriate participation in its defence. We will not agree to a settlement imposing obligations on you without your agreement. This provision does not override mandatory consumer protections or require payment of penalties that cannot lawfully be transferred to you.
12. Availability and warranties
Subject to mandatory law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise continuous access, universal device compatibility, error-free operation, freedom from every security threat, or a particular result from a conversation. Scheduled maintenance, faults, network conditions and other events may interrupt use.
To the extent legally permitted, we exclude implied warranties beyond those applicable law requires. Nothing in these Terms removes statutory guarantees about services, required standards of care, or remedies that cannot be waived. You may stop using the Service if dissatisfied, but doing so is not your exclusive remedy where the law provides additional rights.
13. Changes, notices and general provisions
We may update these Terms when the Service, legal requirements or operating practices change. We will post the revised version and its date here, provide additional notice when required, and obtain agreement where the law requires it. Changes apply prospectively. If you disagree with revised Terms, stop using the Service.
These Terms address use of Yeahp together with any additional terms you expressly accept. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive it. Any transfer of our rights or responsibilities must preserve your mandatory protections. These Terms do not deprive you of consumer protections, access to courts or other remedies available under applicable law.
14. Date and contact
These Terms were last updated on October 22, 2026. The date identifies the version displayed on this page; any legally required notice or acceptance process still applies to changes.

Include the information needed to explain your request, but do not send passwords, financial credentials or another person’s private records.
